My Lexus had a very odd problem which was difficult to diagnose. Tony, Melvin and many of the technicians worked very hard to determine what was causing the issue. When my service department rep, Erik Due arrived he not only took care of my 70,000 mile visit, but took my car to the body immediately upon arrival. Whether I've paid for an actual detail service or just simply having the car returned to me after maintenance service, the car never seems to be up to my standards of cleanliness. I would ask that this dealership work to improve their ability to clean their customer's vehicles to a higher standard. More
