The Jim Norton Toyota dealership completely wasted my time and their employees are extremely unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment to see a very specific vehicle. When arriving at the scheduled appointment time, the employee I made the appointment with had already left work for the day, and the vehicle I was there to test drive had been given to someone else to test drive overnight. BOTH the individual I had an appointment with AND the vehicle I was there to see were nowhere to be found. An obvious failure in communication on their part resulting in a complete waste of my time. The following day I received a phone call from Jim Norton Toyota and spoke with an employee named Jasmine. Jasmine wanted to know how my test drive went and if I purchased anything (they are still failing to communicate). I explained to Jasmine that no, we had not purchased anything, told her what happened the day before, and told her that overall visiting the Jim Norton Toyota dealership had been a waste of my time. She responded by hanging up on me. I promptly left my work, got in the car and drove 35 mins to complain to the manager about the unprofessionalism of his employees and how their dealership would never get my business. He said he would take care of the issue and would call me the following day to follow through on my complaint…he never called (strike number 3 on their communication skills). Jasmine still works there (she continues to call my wife’s phone) and their employees’ lack of respect lost them my business. I would highly discourage anyone from purchasing from this dealership; actually I would highly discourage anyone from even going there and having their time wasted. Take your business to a different dealership that respects their customers and values their time. More

I walked out with a one time used 2010 Toyota with no problems. Garfield helped me get a great car for a great price (almost $3,000 off the Kelly Blue Book price to be exact). I would definitely recommend going here! They were great with customers and found the perfect car for me! More

Finally test drove the vehicle and liked it. When I made an offer, they said we'd have to go back to battison to do the paperwork. Went to battison and about 20 minutes later was told that the actual price of the vehicle was $2k more than price on website and the price on my printed USAA savings certificate. I promptly left and went down the street to Reynolds Ford where I purchased a car. More

He told me to come down and we could work something out. I told him it would not be until Monday since we lived in KS and I had to work the weekend. Monday morning we make the 2 1/2 hr trip. When we get there, we find out the car has a blown motor!! This would have been very useful information BEFORE we wasted our time and gas. I spoke with the manager, who made every excuse. He was very arrogant, and made no effort to apologize or make it right. I also told him I saw the car on cargurus.com, and no where does it say it had a blown motor. Can you say FALSE ADVERTISING? He said they bought the car "sight unseen",and didn't have much information about it. Well they had enough information to post it, and talk about it on the phone. I would NOT recommend buying a car here. More

I can honestly say Brad Barney is the reason we chose Jim Norton. He was quick to answer any questions. He is very nice and I really felt like he would do whatever he could to earn our business. Even after we had bought the truck and had to get something else taken care of he was very prompt and helpful. I really appreciate everything he did. Our salesman was Joshua Izu and though I did not meet him, my husband was very pleased with him. More
Very Disappointed - Did NOT Honor Agreements or promises I will detail specifically what the dealer misrepresented and how the dealer failed to honor agreements both verbal and in writing. The salesman was I will detail specifically what the dealer misrepresented and how the dealer failed to honor agreements both verbal and in writing. The salesman was Dustin Harper. I have spoken with Dustin 3 times and a sales manager once and was promised they would take care of these things and they have not honored the agreement as follows (it has been over a month since the purchase, I have been patient): 1. The dealer could not deliver the vehicle with upgrades agreed upon. OK, things happen so we negotiated a price reduction of $400. This is in writing on the contract and they have not sent us the money we are owed. REPEAT, this is in writing and owed to us. Better Business Bureau is the next site we visit for help getting the money we are owed. 2. Dustin told us that they had another key/remote for the vehicle and he would get it to us. Told us he would mail it. Not Done. Still waiting for it. 3. We were promised the owners manual for the vehicle and was told it would be with vehicle upon delivery. Was later told it would be mailed. Not received. I would gladly pick up along with the check for the money they owe us and key but they never even called. 4. Vehicle was delivered without being cleaned much less detailed as promised. They did send it back for a quick wash, before we drove off, but still below expectation. These are simple things that should not have created such a bad experience. Speaks volumes about the poor dealership experience and I would absolutely NOT Recommend and will never go back to Jim Norton Toyota. More
