Made an appointment for 9 a. m. for a concern on my vehicle. At 10:30 a.m. my vehicle had not even been taken back and started being looked at. I asked if anything was going to be m. for a concern on my vehicle. At 10:30 a.m. my vehicle had not even been taken back and started being looked at. I asked if anything was going to be done any time soon and was told that I was “on the list to be seen”. When asked what the point of making an appointment was for I was told “to get on the list to be seen”. If you are not going to look at my vehicle even remotely close to the time that an appointment is available then don’t even offer appointments. More

Ive bought several cars from Jimmy Britt CDJR and my most recent purchase was no exception to the great experiences ive had previously. For not stepping foot into the dealership and having the vehicle delive recent purchase was no exception to the great experiences ive had previously. They honored the advertised price on autotrader to include all of the rebates and gave a very fair trade value site unseen on my vehicle. They definitely operate as a team from upper management down to the courteous and very nice delivery driver! More

Still waiting for my down payment to be refunded. I left a google review prematurely. I originally went to test drive a 2021 Hyundai Pallisade. I was sent a video along with vehicle information as if I left a google review prematurely. I originally went to test drive a 2021 Hyundai Pallisade. I was sent a video along with vehicle information as if the vehicle was available. When I got there, the vehicle was not available and instead of saying that upfront she started showing me other vehicles. After test driving a vehicle I asked about the vehicle that I was there for and I was informed that it was sold. While the service was the fastest that I’ve experienced the level of honesty could be higher. If the vehicle was not available then I would not have driven over an hour to the dealership. I was brushed off when asking about other cars and ultimately ended up getting a car that I didn’t want. I didn’t leave with the car though. During my drive home I thought about the process that I had experienced and decided that I didn’t want to go through with the purchase. Hopefully, no one else will experience this. More
