A couple of weeks ago I wrote a review and told how unhappy I was with the way I was treated at Jimmy Britt's dealership. The right person saw my review , Mr James Lawson, I think he is the overseer unhappy I was with the way I was treated at Jimmy Britt's dealership. The right person saw my review , Mr James Lawson, I think he is the overseer of the dealership. He ask me about my problem and agreed I wasn't treated just right. He ask me when I could bring my truck back in and that he would take care of my problem. I took my truck back in and it was fixed with no further charge to me. Mr. Lawson is a man of his word and I am very thankful for his help in this matter. I now recommend this dealership for your needs because they have a great man looking after things.
