We had a great buying experience with Joe Machens Capital City Ford. Our salesperson, Zach, was helpful, transparent, and professional throughout. We had found the specific used car we were looking for, th City Ford. Our salesperson, Zach, was helpful, transparent, and professional throughout. We had found the specific used car we were looking for, though we are seven hours away. We had agreed upon pricing beforehand, and even decided to trade-in our current vehicle. So, we drove there on a Saturday, the vehicle was prepped for us and we test drove it with Zach. Everything was as promised, and the vehicle appeared to be in excellent condition. We went through the financial transaction with Anthony and Karen. They both were great to deal with, even though things were more complicated since we were out of state. We finalized everything and headed back to Nashville. All in all we had a great experience and love our new vehicle. We had a great car buying experience at Joe Machens Capital City Ford and highly recommend them!! More
