Our first contact with Tyler came in a phone call, when I called to see if a Bronco I saw on their website, was still available. After test driving the vehicle, we started our initial negotiations and left to think it over. When we decided we wanted to purchase, Tyler and the sales manager worked hard to find us discounts and rebates. This was the most relaxed I've ever felt when buying a new vehicle. There was no pressure! Everyone in "Tyler's building" was so friendly! On the way home, we commented how nice it was that everyone not only worked well together, but genuinely seemed to like each other! I also have to give appreciation to the folks that cleaned and prepped the vehicle for pickup. I have NEVER picked up a new vehicle that was as clean as this one!! They did an awesome job!
