Joseph Barkho met me at the door when I arrived. I was specifically looking for a Ranger XLT with a 302A package, blacked out option and towing package. I was also looking for Carbonized Gray color. However after explaining what I wanted Joseph said they literally just got in a truck that met my specifics except for color. The color on this one was Iconic Silver. I had seen an Iconic Silver Ranger with the chrome package and I did not care for the look. However after seeing this color with the blackout option I loved it. It did not take long for us to work out a deal and I drove away with a new truck that very evening. Kudos to Joseph and Derek in the financial department. They walk me through everything. I felt no pressure what so ever. Below it asked me to rate the price. Right now with supply and demand the prices are pretty much set. However they did give $500 off that Ford offered also the 60 month 0% financing is in place at this time. We were going to pay cash and decided not to use our money. More

Very people friendly bent over Backwards to help the customer. They be laid my concerns about the high mileage on the vehicle I recommend it that I buy an extended warranty which I did. I live all way up by six flags they said the driver for me so I come in sign the paperwork and drive the vehicle home. That’s what I call customer service. That’s the way it was done in the old days and that’s why This dealership has lasted so long. If more car dealerships or treat people like this one I still worry about the bottom dollar car industry will be much healthier that is now. Put the high mileage cars coming out as low mileage the dealerships are gonna have to do something this dealership has responded to this problem in a very positive way. More
