Because I walked in with a co-signer that qualified for 0 down, the sales people did not feel the need to discuss numbers with me. I began by saying I didn't want gap coverage, which I was then told would be down, the sales people did not feel the need to discuss numbers with me. I began by saying I didn't want gap coverage, which I was then told would be discussed tomorrow in the financing room, I was told nothing of a price for the car, or possible loan amounts. Then when I tried to have the gap coverage and extra $6,000 package of services they said were maintenance (but did not include oil changes or actual maintenance jobs, just things like hail damage) i did not want or ask for, they couldn't make it happen because whatever they did in the finance room, made it so my co-signer didn't qualify for a $30k loan, but did for a $36k loan and it took 4 hours to get the papers signed and get home. I had to pay for extra for childcare during this experience. I will go to a different ford dealership for my next car. More
