Communication. Where is it? Not one friendly thing to say. Then bouncing out of vehicle and passing me with so much as eye contact, so I made this idiot respond to me by offering him my hand and a "Merry Christmas"...with just an incoherent mumble from him...and we left your "Service Dept.". Just a horrible experience while our vehicle sat there an entire month. Pathetic. Your dealership COULD have washed the truck...and took out the cruddy paper floor mats and replaced them with CLEAN ones. Service provided was a recall. The first time I set an appointment they canceled and still sent me a survey but did not fill it out. I am writing this review today to inform this location of their poor communication skills. When I did have my service completed I was told my car would be out front. When I went out to look for it, my car was no where to be found. They had to scramble around to find who had it. I am not overly upset as I understand confusion but I was extremely underwhelmed by the professionalism and efficiency of this dealership service station. I am not sure I will return. More

Our salesman, Brad Bartlett, was outstanding! Ridiculously responsive, very informative, and a nice person. The price was one thing, but Brad made the difference in buying or not. Matt Wilde, business manager, was excellent as well. We had a mutual friend, so was good talking with him. One thing that should be reviewed as far as policy. I have bought 5 vehicles from Machens and financed them all with the same out of town bank. Never an issue before, but this time, they said it would be a 10 day hold on the Cashier’s Check from the bank, then I could pick up the truck. With technology today, that shouldn’t happen. No need to make folks wait to enjoy their vehicle. More
As usual, scheduling maintenance service was a breeze, I dropped my truck off in the morning and it was delivered back to my office by Chris Bryant as soon as it was ready. Started my Saturday with a flat tire. Drove to dealership to get it fixed. As I purchased our vehicles tires from Machens, With road hazard insurance. Was in and out within 30 mins.
