Started my Saturday with a flat tire. Drove to dealership to get it fixed. As I purchased our vehicles tires from Machens, With road hazard insurance. Was in and out within 30 mins. We were very impressed with the sales associates at Capital City Ford. Everyone was nice, friendly and helpful. The scheduler apparently screwed up and didn't enter all the services requested which delayed the service and took much longer that necessary. The car had 2 lights one then 4, in 1 week. 2nd week it broke down on side road couldn't be jumped. Towed to dealership, by myself an its been the 4 days so far. Granted was under 10000 but come on. I am Very unhappy about the windshield replacement in my 2020 f150. I had a quiet truck before, now it is loud as xxxx inside the cabin.
