Second vehicle We were looking for a Ford Expedition and I went on line and was having trouble finding a dealer with a good used Expedition. We found a few in STL, We were looking for a Ford Expedition and I went on line and was having trouble finding a dealer with a good used Expedition. We found a few in STL, but that is a 3 hr drive for us. We found a couple at Joe Machens Ford in Jeff City. That is still a ways from us, but closer than STL. So we drove up to Jeff City and hooked up with Bradley Kellerman. He was very patient with us while we made our decision. And we get a courtesy letter from him every so often. Well, we were looking for another Expedition, a little bit newer than what we had. We made the usual rounds to the local Ford dealers in Rolla (50 miles from where we live) and didn't find anything. So my husband called Bradley and asked him if he had any Expeditions. He didn't, but he said they had a Lincoln Navigator at another of one of their lots in Columbia and if we were interested. And of course we were interested. So we drove to Jeff City and waited till the Navigator got there. We fell in love with it and Jeffrey Holstein worked to get the paperwork done so we could get back home. And we drove away in our new(used) car. We have had such great service both times we have visited Joe Machens and from Bradley. We will remember our experience with our last two vehicles and be sure to check with Machens Ford & Bradley Kellerman. More

Best vehicle buying experience ever! I rated my specific experience with 5 stars because it was the best experience I have had all around ever. Typically I dred dealing with salesmen and car dealerships in general due to the fact that I am just another number, however this is my 2nd vehicle I have purchased from them and I can say Douglas Keeler is by far the best salesman I have ever seen and worked with. I went into the dealership and spoke with Douglas about a few options I had and asked him numerous questions about the 2015 F150 I was looking at. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and helped me make informed decisions about what fit me the best. Douglas was extremely professional but was very fun to work with at the same time. He stayed after hours on two separate evenings helping me locate my perfect truck with everything I wanted. He worked with me for well over 12 hours just finding the vehicle I wanted and even provided me with his personal contact number during this time. Once we found the vehicle I wanted, he went above and beyond my expectations by providing me the best deal possible and helping me to get the vehicle within my budget. Douglas treated me like family in my opinion and took the time to get to know not only me but my family as well and built trust while gaining my business yet again. He even answered questions and researched the proper way to install the child safety seats in the truck , ( apparently I had been doing it incorrectly as my wife advised ) Once the purchase was concluded, he showed me all the bells and whistles in the vehicle and ensured I had everything I needed. His ability to help me through the truck buying experience was seamless, very easy, professional and fun, yes even fun. We hope to be back soon to have Douglas help us find our new family vehicle.
