I have driven Fords for over 40 years and have traded cars and trucks at a number of dealerships over the years,however Joe Machens is the best! Randy greeted us at the door, we talked about what we were cars and trucks at a number of dealerships over the years,however Joe Machens is the best! Randy greeted us at the door, we talked about what we were wanting to see in the 2013 Ford lineup.Then went to the new car lot to look at new Explorers and Edges. Randy explained the different packages and options. We returned to his office for more information and prices. There was no pressure from Randy to trade on this first visit. We went home talked it over and then got back with Randy a couple days later and ordered a new 2013 Edge Limited AWD. They told us it would arrive in 6 to 8 weeks. The Edge was delivered in 6 weeks. Terry Bradshaw provided us with extended warranty and financing information prior to us picking it up. Tom Stegeman did the paperwork in his office and then Randy went through the delivery checklist, explaining and answering our questions about the new features and how they work. The whole experience went great, from start to finsh. The friendly people, the service, the price, everything was just wonderful. I would like to thank Randy, Tom, and Terry for a job well done.
