Service of Lincoln. Went in for oil change, tire pressure and rotation and to check a light message regarding stability control. Told me I needed several other things fo Went in for oil change, tire pressure and rotation and to check a light message regarding stability control. Told me I needed several other things for car including a brake fluid change and cabin filter. They replaced the cabin filter along with the oil change and tire rotation. They ordered stability sensor. That dark haired lady at the front check out and her co worker made sure upon my checking out that I was not supposed to get a car wash card anymore. Her co worker said firmly when I asked if I would be getting a car wash card that they were no longer a Lincoln dealer so they didn't have to do that anymore. When I drove it home it was slightly pulling to the right. I checked the air pressure on tires a few days later when we didnt have snow covering the driveway and left tire was a bit low. I aired it up and the car drives as essy as butter again. John in service provides outstanding customer service. He calls before any extra work is started. However, when I took the car back to get the sensor put on there was no record of the car needing a brake fluid change. He checked with the service tech who said they had only suggested it due to the age of the car, but due to limited mileage it would not be required yet. They put on the sensor for stability control and called when the car could be picked up. More
