Leaving I had a great experience at first until last service apt. After 3 appointment I found out diesel fuel is in my def tank. Ike come to tell me the news and that it’s not covered under warranty. Then I go back and look and was told somehow diesel got put in def tank and it’s a 2100 repair not covered. Great! Then I go talk to George and he goes to talk to mechanic. I see George walk past and I’m wonder what’s going on now. He decides to text me saying truck isn’t covered under warranty for this. Good customer service. Then I’ll tell Ike I’m not spaying for something I didn’t do and they said they can’t cause they didn’t do it. Then I told them is it possible that it happened before I got the truck? I did have 300 miles on it. Cricket! I said same thing to Jeff the regional sales guy. His response was all I can say is ford has no idea how diesel got in the tank. Well, I got stuck paying 1973.00 to get it fixed. I will no longer be coming back. I even offered to pay 1/2 cause I thought that was fair. Nope. More

I do enjoy talkin to Luke in sales when I come in, but won't be gtn any "works" packages from there anymore.... More
