On June 17 at around 5:50pm I came in with intention to trade my 2017 Jaguar XE for a 2018 GMC Acadia. Alexis was my sales person. He greeted me as soon as I pulled in and was very knowledgeable about the trade my 2017 Jaguar XE for a 2018 GMC Acadia. Alexis was my sales person. He greeted me as soon as I pulled in and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. He brought the car around so I could test drive it and advised to ignore the sensor light that was on as they were planning to have that replaced. I immediately noticed a very distinct crack/paint damage on right passenger side mirror and showed my sister who was with me. I asked if that could be repaired. Alexis was unsure but said he would ask. I drove the truck and noticed that it felt like I had to press the break all the way to the floor to stop. I asked if the brakes could be looked at and Alexis said he would have the tech check the brakes. Fast forward to us coming to an agreement on the deal. I was assured the sensor woould be replaced and then the agreement was the mirror repaired, the brakes checked and there were some very minor chips that could be fixed with touch up paint. It was after 9:30p by the time paperwork was signed and I left the dealership so the brakes couldnt be checked. Alexis told me to call him the next day to schedule getting the sensor and mirror fixed. I called the next day and was told Alexis was off. I reached out again Friday by text and he said he would be in at 3pm and would get back to me as he was waiting to hear back from Service manager. I checked back in later that day by text and was told either Wed of Fri of next week. This morning June 22 I text to find out about date so I can request time off from work and Alexis called and asked if I could bring it in today by 3pm. I told him I could due to work so he asked if tomorrow was ok. I said I could and asked about the mirror and saying I didnt want that to be just a touch up paint repair due to the crack. Alexis said I didnt tell him anything about that he just thought it was a paint job. I said even if it is a paint job it needs to be buffed out and not just painted over but it seems that painting over a crack would only be problematic later and the mirror might need to be replaced. Alexis said he didnt know if they would repair the entire mirror. The mirror being fixed was the contigent of me buying the vehicle and now it appearsthat they are only teying to offer a temporary fix. I would not have purchased the vehicle had I not been assured that it would be taken care of. I knew the car was as is as dar as warranty which is why I purchased extended but the minor cosmetic damages that I requested be fixed prior to signing were promised to me and I expect that promise to be fulfililled. I will be filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau and Corporate. Also on June 18 (the day after I purchased the vehicle) I got a text from Miles asking if I was still interested in purchasing 2018 Acadia. Knowing I just bought it I replied and asked was it still available? I was told it was and even asked if I would like to schedule a time to come see it. While this isnt nevessarily problematic to me because I knew the vehicle wasnt there because I bought it-if this was another customer their time would have been wasted because Miles lied and said the vehicle was still there. So far I can say I am not pleased with service at Joe Rizzo. More

I am am pleased with the sales staff and in particular my salesman Cliff Hemsley was also pleased with the financial person Tony Rizza also I was pleased with Alyssa Young my concierge she was very knowledge salesman Cliff Hemsley was also pleased with the financial person Tony Rizza also I was pleased with Alyssa Young my concierge she was very knowledgeable about the aviator and she gave me a black label experience she was knowledgeable as well as patience as she went through some of the features of the SUV The only thing I would say could use an upgrade would be the customer waiting room I have been on others on that strip and they were very comfortable but I guess I won't have to worry about that since I have a concierge and I won't have to be waiting in the waiting room I am sure I will recommend this dealership to friends and family 😊 More
