2017 F250 death wobble I brought my truck in for a wobble in the steering wheel when driving on the expressway after hitting a bump. Joe Rizzo replaced steering dampener. I brought the truck back in. The service advisor said they weren’t willing to do anything else. They are familiar with the problem but Ford feels that the wobble is acceptable. At higher speeds the wobble can be so bad that I have to Apply the break to get it to stop. It doesn’t happen all the time but it happens at least once a day. More
My concerns were ignored Scheduled an appointment for my 2019 Mustang because the oil level was low. I had previously had an oil change 3,000 miles earlier at this dealership. When I brought the car in, I explained the situation to the service advisor. I was told they would take a look at it and let me know. After about an hour and half I was told everything was all set. When I went to get my keys from the cashier, I was told an oil change was performed at my expense. I never asked for or authorized an oil change. I explained this to the service advisor who was dismissive and who also had no answer as to why the oil level was low to begin with. My original issue is still unresolved and I wound up paying for an oil change that was unnecessary. I am left wondering whether or not my car with 5,000 miles on it is burning oil. My concerns were not addressed and I felt very ignored. More

I called Rizza and they said come on in, we'll do it while you wait with no appointment needed. I made sure with Chip in parts that they had the right battery in stock. Once I got there Jessie the Service Coordinator, took over. Next thing you know, he was back with the keys and off I went, with my daughters car safe for her to drive. Thanks Rizza service team. More
