My visit on 9/4 was excellent. The young lady who greeted me in the service department was pleasant and helpful. The fix was completed quickly. The reason for my visit was that I had been there 4 days previo me in the service department was pleasant and helpful. The fix was completed quickly. The reason for my visit was that I had been there 4 days previously for routine maintenance. The tires were rotated in record time and all appeared good. On Friday, I saw a lug nut on the floor of my garage. Upon inspecting the tires, I found that a second lug nut (the locking one) was gone. If Both had been lost on the road, I may not have noticed at all. I assume that in their haste, all of the nuts were not tightened. This is certainly a safety issue. More
