Went in for oil change & tire rotation which they accomplished. Was told that my battery failed the load test and recommended a replacement at $385 which I declined. Stopped at Auto Zone immediately accomplished. Was told that my battery failed the load test and recommended a replacement at $385 which I declined. Stopped at Auto Zone immediately after and they diagnosed battery load at 87% and did not recommend replacement but if I wanted it would be $200 to $250. Don't know what to think at this point ither then I will not be back. More

Because I'm a senior female there alone, I do think I was sold expensive tires that I didn't need, given that my car has less than 40 thousand miles on it. I was also told I didn't need a 5th matching tire, even though in 2017 the manager had insured that I had a matching spare - due to falsification about there being a spare tire in the car when I purchased the car! Also, I had scheduled 2 appointments, one for each of our cars with the understanding that the first one would be ready for pickup when we returned with the second one. That did not happen. When I asked about it, I was told that because I didn't wait my car would be "fitted in" as when there were time gaps available. More
