Joseph Toyota refused to provide an estimate for repairs. They told us everything would be warrantied through Toyota, then would not return phone calls, then copied me on an email to the other toyota dealer More

Repairs to your daughter's vehicle were completed by a Toyota Service Department in another state. The vehicle was driven to Ohio and came to Joseph Toyota because she reported grease was leaking from the rear wheels and she asked us to check and advise about the results. As we have explained to you, had new parts installed by the other Service department failed, replacement would have been covered under the new parts warranty. Photos we sent to you and to the other dealer show workmanship, not failed parts, was the issue, which voided the warranty. We also sent you an estimate otherwise you would not have e-mailed us your permission on March 22nd to complete the work and ask us also to complete an oil change, if one was needed. We have made countless phone calls and sent e-mails to the other Service Dept. We have reached out to you and always taken your calls to our Service Department, Business Office, and Customer Relations. We did not create this problem. You asked us to fix it, we did, and extended dealer courtesies in the process that have not been mentioned. No one is holding your daughter's vehicle hostage. All of our customers pay for services rendered when they pick up their vehicles.

It is way past time for you to stop lying. YOU JUST DID NOT WANT TO DO WARRANTY WORK SO YOU MADE UP A STORY. Tires Plus did not see the damage you claim. Oil changes don't cost $4000

Where's your estimate, anyway? Nobody ever saw one, but the state of Ohio has seen plenty of complaints about your dealership.

Did a great job, finished maintance on time as I waited. Fair price. They are the experts for my Toyota truck. Friendly helpful comfortable waiting room even gave me a cookie and washed my truck! More
