I had a really good experience with Alex. I recently bought a Type R from Joyce. From the first contact (via text) he was nothing but professorial and extremely detailed. When I showed up he was very respectful and easy to talk to. I have been to dealerships in the past with sweatsuits on they assumed I was some young tire kicker but Alex treated me like a king lol!
