Overall it was a fine experience. The test drive and picking out the car was great- we had done a lot of online research and knew which certified used Pilots we wanted to look at. The credit process and approval took HOURS and I was told most of that was done before we came (we picked up the car several days after making the deposit) so that was frustrating but not a deal breaker.
