Had “we owe” to be done for a brand new pilot purchased from Joyce. The process to get a loaner was AWFUL. There was ZERO communication about needed insurance documents. I was asked to sign a document stating I had 24 hours to return the loaner, but with ZERO estimate for when work will be completed and we will be contacted. I’ve basically signed a blank check. While our sales person was great and with our decades long satisfaction with Honda and with Joyce, after this purchase experience I will NOT ever consider buying from Joyce again. More
