The dealership was a smoothly run organization; all personnel I dealt with were knowledgeable, forthcoming, and aware of what was going on. My car's issues were dealt with swiftly (same day). Be advised that there is a 3% fee for paying with a credit card, so I recommend bringing your checkbook or paying by bank transfer. More

if i could leave 0 stars, i would. i had a horrible experience - first time customer and it will be my last. i dropped off my car for a quick diagnostic and left it there for 3 days. i i had a horrible experience - first time customer and it will be my last. i dropped off my car for a quick diagnostic and left it there for 3 days. i picked up my car and had a massive crack in my windshield that was not there prior. mike pietroni was my service advisor and he was not a good one. offered little to no help and the VP of the location is also horrible. i would never return here nor would i ever recommend this place to anyone. ended up paying $500 to get my windshield repaired because of this dealership. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. More
