I had been in contact with the service manager, Erik, over the issue and he was incredibly helpful. My vehicle was brought back in, the sound identified after trouble shooting and fixed. Erik was able to offer a loaner if needed, and addressed the coupon being applied to the prior service. It is employees like Erik that had kept me coming back so many years.
