He worked with getting me the best deal and also worked promptly and closely with me even when I needed a light changed on the vehicle. He always made sure to get back to me right away and kept me updated with any changes. He was always very courteous and never made me feel rushed nor did he make me feel like my questions were unimportant. I had been shopping for a long time and a lot of the dealers I went to were not attentive and did not have the patience or interest to answer my questions or find the answers to my questions. I felt Ken did a great job with all of my very detailed questions and overall he made the experience very memorable and I felt comfortable and secure throughout the purchase. I have also come to expect an excellent produce and knowledgeable sales staff. We worked with Yale Kim on our most recent purchase of a X3 BMW. Yale was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer every question. He also was diligent in keeping in touch through the process but also cautious to not be a bother. People seem to be losing there ability to communicate and have quality relationships now adays due to the gap that technology is putting between us. It was very refreshing to see a young intelligent adult like Yale have the ability to be comfortable communicating one on one and make us comfortable in the process. A good experience always comes down to the quality of the people your dealing with and Yale is and will be a great asset to whoever he works with and for in the future. I also want to commend Knauz on the BMW genius concept. The new vehicles can seem very complexed when your not familiar with the operating hardware. Jon Jakubco did a great job of getting us started. Audi Convert! I had been unhappily driving a BMW 428 X drive convertible (leased from a different BMW dealership-NOT Knauz)-a very basic stripped down model which I I had been unhappily driving a BMW 428 X drive convertible (leased from a different BMW dealership-NOT Knauz)-a very basic stripped down model which I hated. My previous car had been an Audi A5 Convertible, with every option available, which I had loved. I couldn't wait for my BMW lease to end so I could go back to my beloved Audi. Then I took my BMW to Knauz for regularly scheduled service. They were fabulous. They gave me an M series loaner car which was amazing and I began to rethink my "No more BMW's" decision. I decided to check out the new 440 convertibles and found Sales Man Extraordinaire, Yale Kim. Yale was the best. Extremely helpful and informative without being pushy or making me feel pressured. He was able to work out a deal where I ended up with a better vehicle, with more options, at the same lease price I was paying with my previous stripped down, basic BMW. Knauz has definitely gone above and beyond in terms of customer service and care. I am certainly a convert-I LOVE my new BMW 440 X drive convertible and I will continue to use and recommend Knauz and Yale as long as they're around! -MIchelle Alilovich More

This was my first time there and it definitely won't be my last. Usually when you think of car dealerships at times you feel you might get cheated or that they are only looking to get more money. Yale our sales rep, he was so nice and very helpful. He didn't rush us and we literally went from every option to see which one worked best for us!!! I was so happy for the personal service they offer. I am very grateful and so fortunate to have been able to be come into this dealership.
