Best of all -- SHE LISTENED to what I wanted and worked very hard to get me the car that best met my wants and needs. She was patient and an excellent communicator. She even let me drive her personal car because there were no 428is on the lot at the time. If you value your time and you want to make the car buying experience as painless as possible, I highly recommend you deal with Judy. I am very pleased with Knauz's overall operation. Doug Kamp was a pleasure to work with in completing the paperwork -- again, very efficient and sensitive to not wasting my time. And topping off a great consumer experience are the two "geniuses" I have worked with so far -- Luke and Spencer. It is clear that Knauz is modeling itself after Apple -- what a great company to seek to emulate! On the day of delivery, Luke spent an hour with me answering all my questions about the technology on the 328i I purchased. He also answered all my follow up emails. And today, when I brought my car in for its first free car wash, Spencer patiently answered all the little questions I had accumulated over the first two weeks. Luke and Spencer really know their stuff! Like Apple, Knauz has created a system where they want you to understand everything about the car -- if you want to know it, they have experts who will patiently work with you and explain everything to you. I would recommend him to anyone if you do not want unnecessary pressure when you are shopping for a car. I felt so comfortable that I did not even shop around to compare pricing. Then when I took delivery of the new car, they assigned BMW genius Sam Picchietti to walk me through all the features of the car.
