I initially just came by to look at a couple CX-9 models I had looked at online. Josh took me to the all that I asked to see. While looking at the initial auto I came to see, my husband spotted the CX-50 I had looked at online. Josh took me to the all that I asked to see. We fell in love with the color, features and overall car after the test drive. Justin called took my info and said his manager John will call me. After that I just received some automated email follow up. No one ever contacted me. I even contacted them via email but they didn't call me call me. After that I just received some automated email follow up. No one ever contacted me. I even contacted them via email but they didn't call me back. I guess they have a fake posting to lure buyers to their dealership. Since I live a couple of hours away, they couldn't lure me to their dealership. Update Jan 23: After I posted my review, I was contacted by their GM, John, and Meet. They assure me that they still have the car on their lot and working on an offer for me. Regardless of how this ends, I feel that I was too harsh in blaming them for a fake posting. Hence revising my feedback. Will post another update if I do complete a transaction with them. More
