I brought my Jeep in for routine servicing and state inspection and emissions and had a very good experience. I got fast, courteous service and exactly what I requested. My service advisor, Dave Vra inspection and emissions and had a very good experience. I got fast, courteous service and exactly what I requested. My service advisor, Dave Vrabel, was very knowledgeable and helpful and very courteous. I have requested Dave as my service advisor for almost as long as I have been buying vehicles from Kelly and he is always great. I was very pleasantly surprised on this visit to discover that that the customers' lounge area has been expanded and upgraded. That is a definite plus for customers who choose to wait for their vehicles. More
