Paperwork filled out with wrong vehicle, no call for 4 weeks Let me start off by saying that this is the 8th or so vehicle we have purchased from this dealership. And, up until yesterday , despite a few bumps wi Let me start off by saying that this is the 8th or so vehicle we have purchased from this dealership. And, up until yesterday , despite a few bumps with the newest purchase, I would have still recommended this dealership to anyone and everyone. Then, yesterday happened. Four weeks. Four weeks is the amount of time I have owned my new vehicle. In those four weeks, my prior auto loan was NOT paid off by the dealership from my trade and in 3 days time, I am looking at a payment needing to be paid for a car I have not owned or driven for four weeks. To top it off, I have not received any bank information for the upcoming payment for the car I have been driving for 4 weeks. Turns out, Finance Manager Justin, put the wrong VIN for a vehicle down on our lease for a car that is NOT the one I have been driving. The dealership has quite literally allowed me to insure and drive around a vehicle that has been unaccounted for, for FOUR weeks. To top it off, I am now at a point of having a hit on our credit from an auto loan that should have been paid off after the trade of our vehicle on 04/24/2019. I just made the payment on the car prior to the trade 4 days earlier and would have received a substantial kick back from our bank, but not anymore. I paid for a car for a month that has been now put for sale on the lot at Kelly and could be sold by now. The best part? Justin says, per my voicemail, "someone was supposed to call my husband to re-sign paperwork. I personally have called." Maybe I should produce the phone records to Justin's boss? Not one time have either of us received any calls from the dealership regarding HIS mistake on our paperwork that created this unacceptable issue. Had I personally not logged into the old auto loan account to check on things, I would have never known and for how much longer would this have gone on? I was in the dealership the Monday after purchasing our vehicle on 04/24/2019 and if he had realized his issue by then, given that was quite a few business days between, why was I not made aware? This is unacceptable. Completely unprofessional and I would steer very clear. After 8 consecutive vehicles, I am very disappointed in the service that has happened and Chrysler has been notified as well. This is not okay. A loyal customer has been lost. More
