Friendly experience I was referred to Kelly Nissan by a friend. I was referred to Rich Kinsey. He walked me around the facility and was honest with me the whole way to let me know what was going to stay in my budget and what wasn’t. I didn’t feel pressured either. After finding the vehicle I wanted Rich had another client that he had to finish with so he referred me to Eric Sparrow to finish the deal with me. Thorough, Efficient, Friendly, and Reasonable Made my appointment on-line. Came in and was greeted as I exited the car. Was immediate introduced to my Services Attendant, Rian. He confirm my name Made my appointment on-line. Came in and was greeted as I exited the car. Was immediate introduced to my Services Attendant, Rian. He confirm my name and what services I had listed and reminded me I needed to have an inspection. He reviewed the paperwork with me and I signed approval since I needed a replacement for my lost keyless entry, a State Inspection, and a 35000 mile service. Rian went over everything and estimated about how long it may take. He offered me a ride home and I gratefully accepted the 2 miles trip. Later, I received a tel call advising me the work was completed and a car was dispatched to my home. Upon returning to the dealership, I ,received the completed invoice which Rian reviewed and brought me to the cashier for payment. A polite young lady advised me of my earned credits, reviewed the invoice and cheerfully paid the bill. More
