Shelby was very helpful on the phone with all my questions (and multiple phone calls). I was on a tight time frame but when I got to the showroom Craig and Matt found me the car I wanted quickly and arranged for its transfer. Picking up the car was just as quick and easy. Again Shelby and Craig were very helpful. Such a great experience! More
Excellent Service, Communication and a Fantastic Deal I was turning in a lease and was undecided on purchasing my existing lease or leasing a new vehicle. Maureen worked hard to get me a monthly payment that fit my budget. For $25 more a month then my buyout loan, Maureen and Jeff upgraded me to an SV and now I have a new vehicle with no maintenance or mileage worries for a few years. Thanks. More

I did not feel pressured and they gave me different options that helped me make a better decision for my trade in and they answered all questions asked. State Inspection I went in for my State Inspection. When I got there I noticed I was about 10 miles away from an oil change. They noticed that there was a recall on the vehicle. They told me it would take about 1 hour 45 minutes. I waited and did some work that I had brought along. A little less than an hour later my car was washed and ready! More
Quick and Knowledgeable Service Center Today's service interval was quick and the service writer, Mike Royer was pleasant and very knowledgeable. He informed me with all the details as to where the service timelines should be. The only negative was that the vehicle was not washed as promised after the service was completed. Not a biggie, but it would have been a nice courtesy gesture. I will be visiting again in a few weeks for the PSI and Emissions checks and look forward to the same outstanding service. Prompt with continuous updates The service manager got to my car right away, and provided continuous updates during the day. (I dropped it off, to pick up later in the evening.) I felt they had my best interests at heart, and gave me the best advise for what additional services (if any) should be attended to that day. I was able to easily pick up my car after service closed through the cashier, and it looked great. Cleaned, vacuumed, like I took it to the car wash. Kelly Nissan is a great dealership, highly recommended. More
