Wonderful experience! I met my salesman Anthony Cardoni at the LV auto show. My lease was almost up and I wanted to view all my options before getting a new one. I saw the Altima advertised on Nissan in the deep blue pearl color and knew that was the color I wanted. When I went to another Nissan dealership, which I had previously worked at, they told me it was a 2016 color and I could not get it. When I arrived at the car show, to my surprise I saw the deep blue pearl 2017 SR staring right at me. We approach Anthony and he told us they had 3 of them on their lot. He talked me through everything and explained the differences between my current SV and the SR. He then explained how I would get Nissan loyalty since it was my second Altima and get a credit tier bump for paying all my payments on time. I told him my price range I wanted to be in and he told me to come see him and he would work it out. He said all the right things. He gave me his card and I emailed him the next day. We made an appt for that coming Thursday to discuss more details. That Thursday evening we went to Kelly Nissan and test drove the car. Once we worked out a good deal on payments they immediately started cleaning up the car for me. Anthony even went as far as to put my license plate frame on for me and switched all my keychains onto my new keys. Even though it was late and we were the last customers in the building I never was rushed. They even drove my car into the showroom on a red carpet and let me drive it off as they applauded. From arrival to driving off the lot with my new car we were done in 3 hours. They even took care of grounding my previous lease. I felt I was given the royal treatment from start to finish. Anthony is truly a great salesman all the way around. Kind, funny and knowledgeable. What more can you ask for? More

Easiest car buying experience EVER! I leased my Rogue from Kelly Nissan after buying many vehicles for years. I told them I didn't wanna spend hours at the dealership and they made sure that didn't happen. The car was pulled up front for me waiting and they had what paper work they could get done before my arrival done. I also worked with the sales manager Jeff. He sat down and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I then worked with John Arena in finance. He also made it a quick process and got me what I needed. I couldn't of asked for a better experience! They didn't make me sit around and made sure I left a happy customer in the little time I had. More

The salesman was wonderful. Polite, curtious,patient. First of all , when the car was given to us, It was not clean inside, The console, speedometer glass had tan dust on. There was a substance on the dash, that I needed cleaner to remove it. There was a smudge on the side of fender, the salesman took care of that. We were surprised that there wasn't a free oil changes offered. We've had 8 new cars in our time. We always got free oil changes with them. I also feel the Nissan company could give us more off the price. The amount we got off was given if we would finance with your company. If we got our own financing, we would have lost that . So we were stuck to go with you. The $500.00 off was from the coupon from the show. Rich explained everything to us in detail. At the show and in the show room. So there wasn't much of an incentive. If I would not have been in a pinch for a car, I would have looked else where. By the way, Rich was wonderful at the car show. My daughter recommended you to us, when I told her I found the car at the how. She and her boyfriend bought their vehicles there. She loves my car. I have the car 3 days now, I have a lot of adjusting to do since I had a van for 17 years!! I do like it so far, Thanks to Rich Kinsey. More
