I go out of my way to make sure he is working on the days I schedule service because he makes me feel special, like I might be his only customer!! We currently are driving our 2nd and 3rd Nissans from Kelly, and I am shopping now with them for a 2017...because of Larry and the service department. When my long time salesman retired, it was Larry whom I asked for a recommendation, and we bought Nissan #3 from Eric Sparrow, and soon #4. If I wasn't satisfied with the service at Kelly, I would be looking elsewhere for a new car. More

He's consistently pleasant, always takes extra time to explain things, and tries his best to get me the best price. Moreover, the whole service team at Kelly Nissan is TRUSTWORTHY... and that's not easy to come by. It's also worth noting that Service Manager Jon Miller is also a class act and a straight-shooter who clearly inspires his department to excel and has the right management skills to prioritize both his staff and his customers.
