In advance of a LOOOONG drive from PA to FL for a family trip to Disney World, Larry made sure that our Murano was ship-shape (which was fitting, considering we were heading toward a hurricane!!! - but that's another story...). He's consistently pleasant, always takes extra time to explain things, and tries his best to get me the best price. Moreover, the whole service team at Kelly Nissan is TRUSTWORTHY... and that's not easy to come by. It's also worth noting that Service Manager Jon Miller is also a class act and a straight-shooter who clearly inspires his department to excel and has the right management skills to prioritize both his staff and his customers.
