As for the sales of my vehicle, I'm still very disappointed. In brief, back in June I purchased a new 2025 Rogue SV premium with no money down and 0% financing. It wasn't until I started reading the manual that my vehicle didn't have the options that I wanted. It was never explained to me that the platinum was the vehicle that had the options. They had no 2025 Rogue platinums so I bought a 2026 trading in my 2025. I ended up paying a down payment of around $7500 and also lost the 0% financing. I'm now paying my loan with 4.9% interest. I reached out to the sales person but he is no longer there along with the sales manager. Going forward I will look at other Nissan dealers for my future new car purchases. This was a bed experience. I'm only giving the service department 5 stars. Overall sales department, 1 star. More
