I have been a Service customer at this dealership for over ten years and have NEVER ONCE felt like I needed a shower after dealing with their team of experts... I can't say that for many other dealerships in the Lehigh Valley. Their Service Director, Jon Miller, runs a clean, tight ship and is ALWAYS willing to work within my budget. My preferred Service Advisor, Larry Hughes, is a wonderfully pleasant and knowledgeable guy, who literally goes out of his way to please his customers by putting himself in their shoes. Larry is consistently able to maintain a perfect balance between getting all necessary repairs done right and working with the needs of his clients. Plus, the mechanics always do fantastic work. I HIGHLY recommend the Service Department of Kelly Nissan on Route 33 in Easton, PA. More
Excellent Experience Going to the bank on Route 33 on my way to another dealership, when I received a phone stating that the vehicle that I was coming to look at was sold Going to the bank on Route 33 on my way to another dealership, when I received a phone stating that the vehicle that I was coming to look at was sold earlier that morning. My mom spotted Kelly Nissan and ask if I would like to go into that dealership. I said yea we can go take a look around. My brother drove into the dealership and was met by Scott Tophoney. He asked what we were looking to and I told we a used SUV. We got out of the car and he showed a couple of Nissan Rouge and some other vehicles that they had on the lot. I settled with the 2006 Rav4 that was on the lot. Scott really took his time with us, told us about the vehicle, price, test drive, everything. He really stayed with us throughout the entire visit and we ended up leaving with vehicle, which was all due to Scott's help and dedication to making us a satisfied customer. Nothing special When i came in to pick up my new car, the salesman was busy with another customer, so not to rush him i said i will run to target & be back in twenty When i came in to pick up my new car, the salesman was busy with another customer, so not to rush him i said i will run to target & be back in twenty minutes and then he could go over my purchase of my 2015 Nissan car. He said ok. So when i returned from target him and a trainee were dealing with another customer. He sends the trainee over to go over the car with me who really did not know everything about the car as he was only learning himself which he expressed to me. I received good service as i, was in the process of purchasing the $28,000.00 vehicle how ever it seemed to end there now that the purchased was made. i was extremely disappointed the treatment i received once the purchase was made. Kelly Nissan did it when Nissan USA didn't. My sterling lock failed and after a week or two getting nowhere with Nissan USA, KELLY Nissan came through came through and get the job done.
