Jaret Seas was our sales professional and we were definitely pleased with the time he took with us explaining all the new features of the 2014 Rogue auto. He knew we were just checking and may not be purchasing a new vehicle at that time, but he still took the time to go over all the new features that the Rogue has gone through. We finally decided that we would purchase the new Rogue and got the deal we wanted from Kelly Nissan with our trade. This is our 6th Nissan auto and we are not interested in any other make of auto as all the models of Nissan are great cars, having experienced most of them in our past purchases. The facility was very welcoming, open spaced, clean, always assisting guests at walk in, comforting for those in need of service, and were always able to view what was being done with your vehicle. I walked out extremely satisfied with a used but practically brand new, very clean, detailed, safe, 2012 Subaru Legacy AWD with very low mileage. Couldn't be happier with my decision and will definitely be returning for inspections or any other services as they also have car washes included in package deals. More

And even though I didn't purchase the car from them, they always treated me like one of their own customers. So when it came time to trade in that car, the first place I went to was Kelly. They gave me a fair price for my trade, and Oscar did a great job of making sure I got a car that I loved. He was very patient and not pushy at all. Kelly Nissan of Rt 33 I have never experienced any of the nonsense at Kelly Nissan that ones hears about at other dealers! I like them and trust them. I have 2 cars from them, and we will be looking at #3 in the fall. One of the main reasons is Larry Hughes in service. He makes me feel like I am the most important person in the shop! He always finds a way to satisfy whatever I need. Example? I bought new tires a Sams Club, but soon after they were installed I developed a front end wobble. He had a mechanic balance all four wheels and lo and behold, one could not be balanced due to a factory defect. He suggested I return it and make them pay for a whole new tire, providing me the technical sheets to make my case. They did! Believe me, I will buy the tire from Kelly Nissan next time!! Larry is the kind of Service Writer the job should be modeled after, teaching new guys to do it like Larry does it! Thanks, Randy More
