Had no problems whatsoever. It was simple, nothing shady and straight to the point. The price was very reasonable. Rick was nice and straight forward. Did his part fast and showed me everything. I went in too have my Nissan Altima’s inspection and emissions done. I had a appointment set with a salesperson. When I dropped off the car I was not sure where to go so I went to see Rick (he sold my w emissions done. I had a appointment set with a salesperson. I have had great success dealing with Rich V. on all 3 leases that I have had. 2020 was mostly virtual, but effective. The in person time to receive the vehicle was much quicker. Both Matt Caiazzo and Mike Disora were great to work with and very accommodative. The entire transaction was completed on the phone and they promised to have the vehicle ready for pick up first thing the n and very accommodative.
