I've had a lot of vehicles through the years and have dealt with many dealers. NEVER in my days have I had such a pleasant, hassle free, quick service appointment! My car was taken in before I even had a chance to sit in the waiting area. Was greeted immediately upon pulling in by two extremely pleasant gentlemen (sorry, don't recall their names) and before I knew it they had come out to tell me my vehicle was ready. I come from an hour and a half away to get to Kelly and it's worth it for the positive, friendly, prompt service! More

Amazing experience! Dmitri Shvets was amazing to deal with! So knowledgeable about the car I was amazed. Showed me everything on the test drive. Best experience ever. So friendly. Jill Sebold was very quick to respond via emails and helped me with the deal. Shelby Seibert was quick to fix an email that wasn't working. This team is truly one of a kind. I recently stopped in to buy a car, and everyone was beyond incredible. I worked with Kay and she made the whole process so easy! She was so friendly, easy to talk to, and worked with me to make sure I was 100% happy before I left. Everyone who worked there seemed to be able to anticipate any questions I had and answered them almost before I had to ask. I was nervous about having a long, hard, and frustrating time and it was anything but that - Kay is friendly, helpful, professional, and did everything to make sure I left with my dream car.
