Absolutely the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Purchased a vehicle 2 months ago. The salesperson ignored my request twice about no dealer sticker on the car at delivery. Then waited until I showed up to pick up the vehicle to inform me they didn't have the second key (required as a Nissan CPO) and that the vehicle needed to come back for service to fix an issue they noticed with the fan upon inspection for delivery. Week 1 of taking delivery of the vehicle back in the shop and inconvenienced. Recently began noticing there was a stutter at idle, transmission issue when downshifting coming to a stop, sloshing noise in the dash when climate control is on, and front end noise. I was without the vehicle for two days for this incident. No resolution of the climate control noise. Service claims no codes present with engine or transmission and refusing to provide transmission maintenance service at their cost even though the vehicle was bought less than 60 days ago. They recommended the service to me though when they thought I’d be paying for it. I have an inquiry into Nissan Consumer Affairs about this, as all of this should have been part of the certification prior to sale. Pre-delivery service records show no work order for this. $289 is the cost and sales refuses to cover it. Struts need to be replaced and informed alignment would be done. Went to pick up the vehicle, asked for the alignment report and was told service couldn’t produce it because the technician had left for the day. My suspicion is they never did it, because it is not listed on the repair order paperwork provided. Driving home from the dealership, my spouse noticed a new rattling noise. Opens the hood and can’t prop the hood open because the insert to hold it is missing. Mind you there was a mechanic under the hood an hour prior. Also Nissan has had numerous complaints about hood issues. You would think a mechanic would tell the service writer there was a component of the hood that needed to be replaced. Then we discover there are bolts sitting in between the hood/windshield wipers/windshield. At this point, we have no idea what these bolts belong to or if this impacts the safety of driving the vehicle. Called dealership upon opening next morning, zero accountability for any of this. Now wants us to drop the vehicle off for a third time in two months. Refuses to provide a loaner vehicle at this time. I said I expect reimbursements for Ubers then. I have asked to speak with the service manager multiple times and have not been given access. I was told to “try to talk to him in person when I bring the vehicle again about possible reimbursements”. My kids drive this vehicle and it was left with random bolts belonging to some part of the car just rolling around after service. The level of incompetence and arrogance from the sales department to the service management is beyond. Do not buy a vehicle here. Unprofessional and unscrupulous in every way. I have purchased two other vehicles at another local dealership in the last 60 days and been completely satisfied. More
