I brought my 2013 VW GTI in for the replacement of the rear brakes. I now cannot get one of the tires off because the tire bolts were over torqued and stripped. The last time I brought it in, a few year rear brakes. I now cannot get one of the tires off because the tire bolts were over torqued and stripped. The last time I brought it in, a few years ago, for an alignment, the front wheel almost fell off because the bolts were under torqued. I bought my car here and until a few years ago, never had a problem. Maybe they prefer working on new cars and possibly only selling new cars. Very very disappointed. More
