Rocky start After having a rocky start with Kelly Volkswagen and writing about my experience on DealerRater, I almost immediately got a call at 7:45AM the follow After having a rocky start with Kelly Volkswagen and writing about my experience on DealerRater, I almost immediately got a call at 7:45AM the following morning from the dealership assistant general manager, Said Bousbaa. While I was not able to return his call until the afternoon, I did speak to him directly over the phone. He addressed most the issues I had and said he would work with me to upgrade my dealer experience. I met with Said this morning and he introduced me to the service manager. (I believe his name is Greg?) One of my main concerns that had not been addressed before was 2 tiny chips on the hood of my car. Both managers came out to look at the spots & we determined that ordering touch up paint was the best way to go. Said answered most of my other questions, while one of the other product specialists (i apologize, I do not remember the young woman's name) answered a couple of other questions when Said was pulled away. Because of Said's attention to my concerns, I have gained back confidence and feel assured that this dealership will address my needs going forward. My mind is at ease now and I can now enjoy my new "ride". More

I had 2 recalls, a warranty repair, an oil change Rachel DaSilva and the service team keep things consistent with Kelly VW's theme of making it easy. I had 2 recalls, a warranty repair, an oil change, alignment, new wipers, and a tire rotation and balance all completed in one visit with being provided a new Jetta loaner. My 2013 VW CC came back in perfect shape with a nice showroom new car wash to boot. And the price was right, too. My only minor criticism is that the iPhone cable at the charging station was broken and it would be great if that can be fixed. More
