Excellent car purchase experience After researching the all new VW Alltrack online, I finally stopped into Kelly VW to take one for a test drive. I was met there by Sean Ridge, who wa After researching the all new VW Alltrack online, I finally stopped into Kelly VW to take one for a test drive. I was met there by Sean Ridge, who was more than happy to let me do a test drive. No long waits, no big sales pitch, after a quick copy of my license, we were in the car and ready for a drive. Sean was very knowledgeable about the alltrack, and explained all the features. He was very professional, and easy to understand and deal with. After a couple of days of back and fourth on price, we finally came to an agreement and I agreed to purchase the car. I got a very fair price, and thought I was in for a battle (you know,"The Box" as its called in the industry where the finance person try's to high pressure you into buying options you don't want or need). When I went in to sign the paperwork. I couldn't have been more wrong. The finance portion took less than 10 minutes! I was asked if i wanted a couple options, which i declined, and was ready for the big sales pitch, however, that did not happen. The finance person (sorry forgot his name), said ok, no problem. Signed on all the dotted lines, and we were done, as i said in less than 10 minutes. AWESOME!!. They asked when i wanted the car, and i said tomorrow, and they said no problem. Came back the next day, car was ready and Sean was waiting for me and went over the car and all its options with me. He didn't rush or act like he wanted to move onto the next sale. He was more than happy to answer any and all questions I had, and made sure I understood how to use all the features of the car. When he was done, the one of the Managers(Mark Galente) came out to make sure the experience met my expectations. I told him it exceeded them. I am very pleased with the whole experience, and can easily recommend Kelly VW to anyone looking to buy a new VW. More

I recently brought my vehicle in for service and was blown away with the service technician Dave Porier and the general manager Mark Galante. This was not my first visit to the dealership for service, however I had a minor issue that wasn't taken care of on my last visit and Dave escalated my concern to Mark. Together they addressed the issue and "Wowed" me. I will not take my car anywhere else because of their genuine concern for keeping a customer happy and doing the right thing.
