I had 2 recalls, a warranty repair, an oil change, alignment, new wipers, and a tire rotation and balance all completed in one visit with being provided a new Jetta loaner. My 2013 VW CC came back in perfect shape with a nice showroom new car wash to boot. And the price was right, too. My only minor criticism is that the iPhone cable at the charging station was broken and it would be great if that can be fixed. More
