New car Buying I came in looking for a Jeep compass but it ended up out of the price range I could afford. Alec then suggested we look at some used cars. I was ready to get in my car and drive home when Alec came out and talked with me. They found a car that would fit my budget. I was shocked. I didn't even look at the car they were talking about. He then proceeded to tell me about some of the deals that were being offered on this car. I went back in and we took a test drive. I was very please with the car we drove. He discussed a lease option instead of purchasing. I was very intrigued with this option. This was something I had never done. We went over the options and then he went to work for me. After a little bit of time he came out and gave me a price that had hit my budget. I was pleased. After many hours later I left the dealership in a brand new Jeep Cheerokee. He told me that this was the first 2019 on the road in Ohio. It had just been delivered to them 2 days prior. How exciting for me. Alec stayed until the very end and made sure everything was done correctly. He didn't care that he had to stay way past closing time. I felt that I was not pressured or persuaded in any way. We went and did all the financing with Jim. What a pleasant person. He did not care that he had to stay after hours to take care of me. He said that's my job I am here for you. He didn't give an out-for-himself sales vibe like I've gotten from other dealerships in the past. He did genuinely care about treating us right. He listened to our concerns and even after the sale, we plan to stay in communication with him. He is very helpful in answering questions and very quick with responses when he says he will be. I'm the type of person to walk in and walk out if I don't have the right vibe. Well, needless to say... we are already returning customers and plan to be again. Nick was fun to talk to and very professional. He related to us on a genuine personal level and that is something very rare in sales. And let me talk about the financing process! Al and Jim were absolutely phenomenal at what they do. They worked in conjunction to make it a speedy process with consideration to our concerns with our budget. Inquired...then...Approved!!! I went to this dealership to see if I could be approved for financing through capital one 01/30/2018. After a six hour wait and communicating with my I went to this dealership to see if I could be approved for financing through capital one 01/30/2018. After a six hour wait and communicating with my salesman about what I wanted in a vehicle and so forth...I ended up being approved. I wasn't able to do a 30day credit on my deposit so my financing manager gave me great news that he would hold my deal til my deposit money came. So on 02/24/18 I was able to get my brand new 2017 Fiat 500x FWD. Happy. More
