Brought my 2016 Jeep in for an oil change there for the first time and found out they didn't put oil in it. Car was stalling out and lights were on so I brought it to another dealership to find out there was no oil put in my car causing all the issues and having to replace other parts that went bad due to not having oil. I called and talked with the service manager and a manager and was told I could take time out of my day and inconvenience me to bring it in for them to look at my car but I would have to pay for it all. They were not friendly. Would never recommend the dealership for service work. More

wouldn't even give numbers I went here because I was able to run numbers over text messages, no problem. Numbers looked good. went into dealer got told they won't run numbers because trade wasn't at the dealership, doesn't make any sense to me....my wife had the trade at work with her, so honestly didn't think it would be a problem, thought well if they will over text if I should up we can really get down.....I was wrong. more than happy to run stuff over the phone, texting at that....but you show up and they won't do anything...shame....my sales person isn't even listed below, his name is James More

They're wonderful people that know you by name when you walk in the door and except for rout I've been doing business with this dealership since 1995. They're wonderful people that know you by name when you walk in the door and except for routine maintenance we only see the sales staff once every 3 years. They're great. More

Offered a month end deal for a car with a known problem I was looking for a certified used Jeep to purchase last week. The Jeep I was interested in had a major squeeking noise during the test drive. Even I was looking for a certified used Jeep to purchase last week. The Jeep I was interested in had a major squeeking noise during the test drive. Even though I was at the dealership for a hour, the mechanics could not resolve the issue. The dealership offered me a "month end" deal that I was willing to agree to but the car was not working well (they still had not resolved the squeeking issue) so I told them to call when resolved. Then, the next day they sent a note back saying that the problem was resolved but that they were resinding the month end offer from the day before. Why would anyone expect a consumer to buy a "certified" car with a known problem This dealership is unprofessional and not trust worthy. AVOID this dealership More
