only receved 1 key,..tires were original 65 thousand miles..they claimed they had more then 50% tread left..my dealer said they were less,..i watched him check them..,my dealer was right..i bought mudflaps for the truck when i was installing them thats when i noticed the damage to the rear of the truck..i bought this truck because it had a clean carfax,.(so i thought)...i trusted this dealer on everything cause of the long distance from me...if i have seen this truck in person..i would not have bought it for anywhere close to the price...very disappointed i was took advantage of.

Hi Kerri, we are surprised and disappointed to read your review. The 14-day, 1,000-mile warranty is offered by Ford on certified used cars. That warranty has expired. We gladly tried to trade you out of the vehicle, but were unable to do so. We repaired the transmission under warranty. As we told you, the part needed to repair your air conditioner is under warranty and it is on national back-order. When the part arrives, we will repair the air conditioner. We would be happy to fix your brakes but there was nothing wrong with them. We do not turn down legitimate repair work because that's how we make a living. We also don't perform unnecessary repairs because that would be unethical. The vehicle is not a lemon. It is common for any vehicle with over 100,000 miles to need maintenance and/or repairs. This is why we provide customers with warranty’s and why your warranty covered your vehicles issues. Stating that no one has contacted you about your experience is untrue. You met with our Sales Manager Kevin on 8/28 and our Customer Relations Manager called you on 8/30. We believe that we’ve done everything possible to help you and honored any / all contacts. We feel that we have been nothing but professional and always serve our customers with utmost respect. It is truly disappointing to hear such statements as we pride ourselves on quality customer service at all times. We will promptly notify you when the part comes in and complete the repair of your vehicle. Thanks!

The warranty had not expired when I called in and talked to the rudest sales manager, Matt on 8/4/2023 and I told him I didn't want the car and I wanted to bring it back. Matt said that was NOT an option, on your recorded line. I have made several attempts to speak to the general manager and he has not contacted me at all. When I made an appointment to talk to the general manager I was met with Kevin, another SALES manager and he ran my credit again after running my credit 5 times at the beginning of the month. You say you were attempting to put me in another vehicle but I was not shown another vehicle and Kevin ran my credit an additional 4 times. I am still unsure of what vehicle you were attempting to put me in?? It is obvious that if you run credit on the 1st and take my credit score down 30 points from all the inquiries, that the score would be lower at the end of the month when I met with a SALES MANAGER. The General Manager still has not reached out to me. Any car that has a transmission go out and the AC 2 days after you drive it off the lot, is a lemon! I specifically told Cristian that I did NOT want a vehicle that I had to constantly repair and AC was very important, that is why we test drove to pick up my husband because of his need for strong AC. So everything you are saying sounds good for ratings here, to make it appear as if you tried to make me happy with this junk car but its actually disgusting how you all save face and make your ratings look good when they are not coming from me. I also told Cristian many many times that I didn't want to purchase a car over 100,000 miles on it and AC was very important. I told him I didn't want to purchase a car that was the only one offered to me. Now I know why you were so quick to sell this junk to me! it is a LEMON! JUNK! every time I said NO, Christian came back from talking to John at the podium and said "I have good news" You kept adding warranties on to this junk lemon to make me buy it! If your are implying that I am making things up things wrong with the vehicle I will also have it inspected by a reliable mechanic shop. Also Devon said that the brakes squeak because the car sat for too long?? The brakes are still squeaking a month later and the car still veers to the right.......
