Kristy Tomcho is a great salesperson. She didn't pressure me or rush me into a decision; she's very thoughtful and personable. I wasn't even planning to trade in my truck for a newer model, but she showed me several options with the tow pkg I wished I had ordered the first time around. It was late in the day so I left at closing to sleep on it, and even ended up picking the one I didn't think I wanted at first. She has been a complete gem throughout the process, honest and trustworthy. I would highly recommend asking for Kristy next time you're in the market for a new Ford, especially if you're a woman. She gets it. I'm not a big fan of the Ganley brand, I loved this store under Gillingham, so this experience has won me over because of her. More
