I have only ever had one experience with this dealership where something felt off. I addressed it with them and they immediately removed the item from my bill to satisfy me. Other than that I have bought 2 where something felt off. I addressed it with them and they immediately removed the item from my bill to satisfy me. Other than that I have bought 2 cars from them and used them for service since 2012 and have always had better than expected experiences in both Sales and Service areas. They have repeatedly been able to work me in during unscheduled service issues and now come to me for some services. More

Ganley Ford of Parma took in my 2023 f150 due to factory paint defects. They were able to get my truck looked at and multiple defects fixed. Ford must have had some paint issues as I had multiple cracks and paint defects. They were able to get my truck looked at and multiple defects fixed. Ford must have had some paint issues as I had multiple cracks and dirt under the paint they turned into more cracks. I worked with the Service manager as the last service manager gave me the run around and when Jeremy took over he had me squared away. Got me a loaner vehicle while my truck was in the body shop and fixed a couple of other items at the same time. More
