Horrible service. Had oil change done and our truck ran funny after. Brought back in and paid money for diagnostic . Fixed what they said and 2 days later truck broke down with my family in car. Had to get funny after. Brought back in and paid money for diagnostic . Fixed what they said and 2 days later truck broke down with my family in car. Had to get it towed in and another repair was made. All these should have been caught during the oil change. Spent nearly 3k on repairs. More
Literally no one inside had masks on. My seat and mirrors were reset to the point where the mirrors were literally almost facing out not in which is pointless and obnoxious to the point where it seem mirrors were reset to the point where the mirrors were literally almost facing out not in which is pointless and obnoxious to the point where it seemed intentional. Mileage sticker was put on upside down and the actual mileage number was cut off. Everytime I come here it seems like someone has to take their bad day out on me and the employees all seem very unhappy. Definitely won’t be going with Ford for my next vehicle and will probably go with Jeep next time. Sick of being treated so badly for trying to use the service contract I rightfully paid for.
