Unfortunately there was a mixup with a set of tires, and I was given the incorrect set on my car. Initially, it looked like I may be stuck with the tires, which was frustrating. However, Matt stuck to his w I was given the incorrect set on my car. Initially, it looked like I may be stuck with the tires, which was frustrating. However, Matt stuck to his word and checked to see if there was a way I could return the wrong set and get the correct set. Matt called me on Monday letting me know that they were going to resolve my problem with no extra cost, and scheduled me for an appointment. I came in and got the new set of tires today and they're fantastic! I appreciate Matt and his team for acknowledging an honest mistake and correcting it in a timely manner. More

Best Ford dealership I've experienced. I see this location is no longer there. I'm not surprised. I had quite a few major problems with them. I discovered another problem recently that I was told by a mechanic that the Ganley Fo I'm not surprised. I had quite a few major problems with them. I discovered another problem recently that I was told by a mechanic that the Ganley Ford didn't replace the filter correctly and dirt blows into the car from the vents. I noticed a lot of dust/dirt would get all over the dashboard. Did the same people who worked at the Lorain ave location relocate to the other locations? If so, I'm going to the neighborhood mechanic. More
